As a first-time home buyer I had done some research on the process but obviously had no first-hand experience. You made this a pain-free, almost stress-free process (how can signing up for thousands and thousands of dollars of debt not invoke some stress). You walked me through the process so I knew what we'd be doing and when and gave me good advice throughout the experience that helped me in my decision making. I always felt like I was in control, never felt any pressure from you to go in a certain direction. Most importantly, to me, I think was your responsiveness. I'd call or email you and I never had to wait long for an answer. The fact that it was only six weeks from the day we first sat down and talked to the day I closed on the "Heftman Ranch" was incredible. Gino has been a God send to our family. He was like an Angel sent from God when we were at our most desperate time regarding our home and what to do with a very high mortgage.
